How the kit works
Apply the gel as directed, position the mouthpiece and select one mode: blue light for 15 minutes, or blue and red light together for 10 minutes. The device switches off automatically when the selected treatment ends.
These are alternative modes, not consecutive phases. Rinse your mouth and clean the mouthpiece after use. Avoid food and drinks other than water for 30 minutes. Follow the included instructions for use, cleaning and charging.

How to useHow to Apply

Prepare
Rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece with water before use. The supplied shade guide can be used to compare tooth colour before and after treatment.
02Brush gel onto the teeth
Twist the pen until gel reaches the brush. Apply approximately 0.5–0.7 ml evenly to the upper and lower teeth. More gel does not produce faster or better results. Avoid the gums and the inside of the lips; wipe away excess gel.
03Insert the mouthpiece
Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and bite gently to hold it in position, then switch on the light. Take a few deep breaths before treatment; excess saliva dilutes the gel.
04Choose the light mode
Use blue light for 15 minutes OR the combined blue and red mode for 10 minutes. The device switches off automatically at the end of the selected mode.
Rinse and finish
Remove the mouthpiece. Rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece with water; rinse the tray separately. You may compare the shade with the supplied guide. For the next 30 minutes, do not eat or drink anything except water.
