Take out strips
Remove the upper and lower strip from the pouch.
Peel
Gently peel the strip from the clear liner.
Apply
Apply the strip to your upper teeth and press gently.
Repeat
Apply the lower strip to your lower teeth.
Wear
Wear for 20-30 minutes, then relax.
Remove & smile
Remove strips, rinse your mouth and enjoy.

Twist to dispense
Twist the base to release the whitening gel.
Dry teeth
Smile wide and make sure teeth are dry for best contact.
Brush on
Apply a thin layer directly onto teeth with the brush tip.
Let it set
Leave on for 30–60 seconds without rinsing.
Wait before eating
Avoid food and drink for 30 minutes.
Use daily
Repeat once or twice a day for gradual results.

Prep
Brush your teeth as normal before starting.
Apply gel
Fill the tray with whitening gel using the syringe.
Insert tray
Place the LED mouthpiece over your teeth.
Activate
Turn on the light: 15 minutes on the blue whitening mode, followed by 10 minutes on the red soothing mode.
Rinse
Remove the tray and rinse thoroughly.
Repeat
Use 3–5 times per week for best results.
