How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your country and the shipping method you choose. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to help. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible after placing your order.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you'd like to return a product, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
How do refunds work?
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we'll process your refund to your original payment method and send you a confirmation by email.
