How to use
Apply one strip to your upper teeth and one to your lower teeth. Leave on for 30–60 minutes, once a day for at least 14 consecutive days, then remove the strips and rinse your mouth.
Do not apply immediately after brushing. Wait at least 30 minutes after treatment before brushing. Always follow the instructions included in the pack.

How to useHow to Apply
Use once a day for 30–60 minutes, for at least 14 consecutive days. Apply to clean teeth, but not immediately after brushing.
01Prepare the strips
Take the upper and lower strips out of the pouch and gently peel them from the clear backing.
02Apply the upper strip
Position the strip on the upper teeth and press gently so it follows their shape. Minimise contact with the gums.
03Apply the lower strip and leave to work
Apply the lower strip in the same way. Wear the strips for 30–60 minutes.
04Remove and rinse
Remove the strips and rinse your mouth with water. Use a tissue to remove remaining gel. Wait at least 30 minutes before brushing your teeth.
